aivideo.music is an AI-powered digital platform that enables users to generate personalized music videos from uploaded photographs and images. Due to the immediate and irreversible costs associated with high-performance computing, data processing, and AI video content generation, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Important: Acknowledgement of Immediate Performance
By clicking "Purchase", "Buy", "Unlock", "Subscribe", "Pay", or any similar confirmation button (and, where applicable, by checking the consent box at checkout), you explicitly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and services.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Immediate Access: The Service (including high-performance computing and AI video content generation) begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Express Waiver: You have expressly agreed to the commencement of the contract during the cancellation period.
- Loss of Withdrawal Rights: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content generation process has begun, credits have been consumed, or access to the service has been granted.

BY FINALIZING YOUR ORDER, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THIS LOSS OF RIGHTS AND AGREE TO PROCEED ON THESE TERMS. YOU AGREE THAT THE SERVICE BEGINS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THAT YOU THEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, OR REFUND ONCE THE DIGITAL CONTENT GENERATION PROCESS HAS BEGUN OR CREDITS HAVE BEEN CONSUMED, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY MANDATORY LAW.
By purchasing a subscription, credit package, or digital product from us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy without exception.

The "Usage Limit" (Global Standard)
No refund will be issued if you have already utilized the Service to generate content, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Definition of Service Consumption
We define the Service as fully "consumed" and the contract as "performed" the moment you initiate 1 (One) AI video generation.
- If you have initiated 1 or more video generations: The Service is deemed fully rendered. You are not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or exchange, even if the request is made immediately after purchase.
- If you have NOT initiated any video generations AND have not consumed any credits: You may be eligible for a refund, at our discretion, provided you strictly meet the Time Limit designated for your region (see Section 2).
The "Time Limit" (Region-Based)
If you have not consumed any credits or initiated any video generation, you must submit your refund request within the specific time window designated for your jurisdiction.
USA, Canada & Rest of World
If you reside in a jurisdiction not listed in Zone B or C, you must submit a clear statement of cancellation to our support team before the 3-day (72-Hour) period expires. This exception applies strictly to unconsumed services.
European Union, United Kingdom, Turkey & Switzerland
You must submit a clear statement of cancellation to our support team before the 14-day period expires. This exception applies strictly to unconsumed services.
South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan & China
You must submit a clear statement of cancellation to our support team before the 7-day period expires. This exception applies strictly to unconsumed services.
Note: Although statutory withdrawal rights may have been waived by acknowledging the immediate performance of the contract, we may voluntarily provide a refund within the applicable window if no credits have been consumed and no videos have been generated, at our discretion.
General Refund Conditions & Exceptions
Purchases made directly through the Service are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. However, refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate or Accidental Charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Legal Mandates: Situations where local regulations explicitly mandate a refund despite our standard policy.
- Verified Technical Issues: Technical defects that prevent any access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team (provided no credits were consumed and no videos were successfully generated).
Each request will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
Subscription Renewals
- Automatic Renewal: Our subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
- Renewal Notifications: Where required by applicable law, renewal reminders are automatically generated and sent by our third-party payment processor. We do not manually send renewal notices. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your email address is current and to check your spam/junk folders for these automated notifications.
- Non-Refundable: We do not provide refunds for renewal charges processed before cancellation, partial usage, or "change of mind" after the renewal has occurred.
- Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling your subscription through your account settings or the App Store / Google Play account settings before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Credit Packs and Digital Goods
- One-Time Credit Packs: Credit packs are subject to the same strict refund criteria as subscriptions (as detailed in Sections 1 and 2). Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, the remaining credits are non-refundable.
- Credit Expiration: Unused subscription credits that expire at the end of a billing cycle are non-refundable. This is clearly stated in the credit system terms.
- Time-Limited & Promotional Offers: Special discounted offers or time-limited campaigns are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific campaign terms.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Should you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal regarding applicable subscription or credit fees, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account access at our sole discretion for breach of payment obligations.
We vigorously contest all unjustified chargebacks. We reserve the right to provide the relevant financial institution with comprehensive evidence — including system logs and authorization records — demonstrating that the transaction was validly authorized by you and that the Service was available or consumed.

Authoritative Records
You acknowledge and agree that our internal system logs are the definitive and authoritative evidence for determining refund eligibility. These logs accurately record the precise time of your purchase and any and all service consumption, including each instance of video generation and credit usage tied to your account. In the event of any dispute, these system-generated records shall be considered the final and binding source of truth regarding your usage of the Service.
