Billing Terms

You can view our current prices for subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time purchases directly on our Website or App. The currency for all charges will be clearly displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase. We offer both auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit pack purchases that provide access to our AI video generation features.

At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for a successive period at the then-current price, unless you cancel it. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes or transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will notify you of any price changes to your active subscription via email at least thirty (30) days before they become effective. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

aivideo.music operates on a credit-based system for AI video generation. Credits are consumed during the video generation process.

• One-Time Credit Packs (Consumables): Users may obtain fixed credit packs. These credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Subscription Plans: Subscription plans provide a set number of credits per billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the following period. At the end of each billing cycle, any remaining subscription credits will expire automatically and be replaced by the new period's credits.
• Consumption: Credits are considered consumed the moment an AI video generation process is initiated, regardless of the outcome of that generation.

We may occasionally offer a paid trial for a reduced fee. Unless you cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you will be automatically charged the full price of the subscription plan you selected at the time of purchase. The specifics of any trial offer will be clearly and explicitly stated on the payment screen.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless it is canceled. Please note that deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, you must do so at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our Website or through your App Store / Google Play account. All cancellation requests must be made through the appropriate self-service portal.

For information regarding refunds, please review our official Refund Policy. All sales of digital products and credits are generally considered final once the content generation process has been initiated or credits have been consumed, except as required by law or as detailed in our policy.
